The Assistant General Manager is a key executive leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Fort Bend County WCID No. 2, ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable, and efficient water and wastewater services. Reporting to the General Manager, this role drives operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and strategic planning across the District.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned utility operations leader with extensive experience in managing complex water and wastewater systems within a public-sector environment. They bring strong operational expertise, a firm grasp of regulatory frameworks, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to the community.
