The Assistant Chief Infrastructure Delivery Officer for Core Capacity/CBTC is a high-impact director-level role driving one of the largest, most transformative capital programs in BART history. Reporting to the Chief Infrastructure Delivery Officer, this leader oversees the end-to-end delivery of multi-billion-dollar project, including complex design, engineering, construction and CBTC modernization efforts.

This position provides strategic direction to multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction management, systems integration, project controls, and contractor partners. The Assistant Chief ensures on-time, on-budget execution through innovative contracting, alternative delivery methods (Design-Build, Progressive Design Build etc.), rigorous project controls, and strong collaboration with funding and regulatory partners, including the FTA and federal grant programs.
