In her role as Principal Consultant – Executive Search, Kylie Wilson works directly with public sector agencies at all levels of government in the State of Texas. With 25 years of professional and management experience working in and for Texas public sector agencies, including the City of Georgetown, City of Missouri City, City of Baytown, and the City of League City, her experience spans varying roles, including coaching, leadership training, and recruiting. Kylie holds a Master's of Business Administration (MBA), a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Bellevue University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
