He is experienced in job analysis, test development, item writing/review, validation, standard setting, statistical analysis, and facilitation of subject matter expert panel meetings. Ryan enjoys reading, watching sci-fi and fantasy movies, playing board games and spending time with his wife, son, and twin daughters.
