The Housing Authority of the County of Marin is seeking an Executive Director. The new Executive Director will oversee the organization’s 62.5 FTE with approximately 8 direct reports and budget of $95 million. Working closely with the Board of Commissioners, the Executive Director directs the activities, policies, and operations of MHA; provides policy guidance and program evaluation to the Board of Commissioners and management staff; encourages and facilitates provision of services to agency tenants, home buyers, developers and other clients and members of the public; oversees the management of all agency assets; fosters cooperative working relationships with inter-governmental, regulatory, non-profit, business, and various public and private groups; pursues appropriate avenues of funding and service development; and performs related work as required.
