Gather and review documents, digital files, and other evidence.
3. Interview
Conduct impartial, well‑documented interviews with complainants, respondents, and witnesses.
4. Analyze
Assess credibility, corroborate facts, and synthesize findings in relation to policy and evidence.
5. Report
Deliver a clear report with factual findings and — when requested — recommendations.
Deliverables & Timelines
You will receive a comprehensive investigative report, supporting exhibits, and a confidential briefing if needed. We aim to complete standard investigations within 90-120 calendar days of notice to proceed, subject to scope and availability.
