Roger has worked in state services for over 25 years as a Human Resource Manager, Labor Relations Specialist, Civil Rights Analyst, and a Management Analyst. He has served as the primary instructor of labor relations to supervisors and managers in state government for over 16 years. Roger has experience in grievances, bargaining, performance evaluations, and the public sector adverse action process.
