Jacquelyn “Lyn” has fifteen years of experience teaching higher education and training in organizations. She has coached leaders (directors and managers) to support their development in areas of new responsibilities and when faced with new challenges. She has guided an executive management team through a two-year change management strategy. Lyn is dedicated to context specific-solutions that address and led lasting change and organizational learning. She is a certified Toastmaster and a certified facilitator of Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
