Allison Horak

J.D. from Northwestern School of Law, Lewis & Clark College, B.A. in Communications from University of California, San Diego

Allison is an independent training consultant, working with CPS HR for four years. She is also a member of the California and Oregon State Bars. While working as in-house counsel for an Oregon corporation, she handled litigation matters, as well as training and educating corporate members on various legal issues. Allison has also been a solo practitioner, managing various transactional, litigation, and probate matters for clients.

Her focus as a training consultant is on core analyst skills, like writing, critical thinking, presentation skills, and completed staff work preparation. She also is a specialist in supervisory skills training, facilitating the 80-hour training mandate for new supervisors in California.
